Numerous events take place at and around Osprey Pointe. Affiliated organizations use meeting space at the Port's offices and have seasonal events on the grounds outside of Building L. The Port of Pasco hold its Tenant Appreciation Barbecue nearby.

Annual "fun runs" like the Cable Bridge Run take place on the Sacajawea Heritage Trail that runs along the edge of Osprey Pointe and through Big Pasco Industrial Center. That same trail is part of a 23-mile loop trail that connects Sacajawea State Park to all of the Tri-Cities community.

The local Audubon Society holds its annual bird watching event honoring "Earth Month" in Osprey Pointe, alone the river in the natural areas beside the trail.

Citizens enjoy strolling or bicycling on the trail in all kinds of weather - and even some cross-country skiing if there's snow on the ground.

Osprey Pointe is beautiful in all four seasons. It's a great venue for events naturally.
